After a happy event, like getting engaged or graduating from college, it is easy to get stuck in the process of living and forgetting that you have a life to live. That’s why it’s important to remember that when bad things happen they can be dealt with by being positive about good things.
In this blog post, I will discuss how your attitude might change if you focus on living and not just surviving. The first thing you have to do is take a step back and figure out what happened. What was the event that caused this? Why did it happen when it did?
There are many ways for people to cope with their problems, but oftentimes there’s no one solution fits all approach. It could be as simple as deciding whether or not the happy event has become more of a problem than before, exploring your coping mechanisms, setting guidelines on how much time should go by until you deal with this issue again, or talking about the good things in life so they can outweigh those bad things. Then again maybe none of these approaches work for you specifically- I’m just throwing some ideas out there!
